Thanks to Bhagwaldas our family vacation was truly wonderful – and his noble house we felt for three weeks “at home” and enjoyed the original architecture and the surroundings, the Peacocks, King fisher, Frogs, Squirrels and his dogs. Our children could have a first insight into classical Indian dance and kalari the martial art from Kerala. Bhagwaldas had a suggestion to solutions for every item. We enjoyed watching the efforts regarding fish in the pond and a visit to the fish hatchery. Thank you sincerely and best wishes to our Host and his Team.

Kandath Tharavad – beautiful house with a really charming host. We enjoyed the two excursions – potter, basket lady & the ancient Jain’s temple. The walks through the paddy fields were just wonderful. Thank you for recommending this Home stay. Wonderful food and Bhagwaldas took great care in telling us what we were eating and how it was prepared as well chatting with us about all sorts of aspects of life in India & the background to his house & land. Probably Mike’s favourite place to stay.

I wrote to them concerning other things but said that what made me come to them seeking advice and more, was the fact they had discovered and appreciated Tharavad,
plus a lot of compliments as to the place but specially the remarkable host,
and that as I had enjoyed this place so much, I felt that we must be on the same wave length and was thus coming to them ( preferably than to another travel agency ..).
